  • Custom Baits: We offer customized fishing baits based on Customer requests. Variations in color, size, scent, and other attributes may occur due to the hand-crafted nature of these products.

  • Product Information: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our Products on our Website. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.  

  • Availability: Product and Service availability is subject to change without notice.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our Website or as otherwise specified by us. All Orders are subject to acceptance by LA TX Tackle. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason.  

  • Pricing: Prices for Products and Services are listed on our Website and are subject to change without notice. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Shipping and handling charges, and applicable taxes, will be added to the Order total.

  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of Order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We will arrange for shipping of Products to the address specified in your Order. Shipping costs will be provided during the ordering process.

  • Delivery: We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or natural disasters.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
